Key Responsibilities

  • •Support internal audit, risk & compliance and governance reviews across ongoing projects and programs.
  • •Monitor and validate project compliance with client policies, procedures, controls, and governance requirements; drive corrective actions and follow-up.
  • •Train and support client and supplier delivery teams on corporate real estate procedures, policies, governance requirements, and best practices.
  • •Prepare and maintain project and program reporting at project, portfolio, and executive levels; coordinate governance meetings and track action closure.
  • •Ensure project data integrity and quality, analyze performance metrics, and develop dashboards, KPIs, and compliance trackers to support decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of experience in project governance, PMO, project controls, compliance, or real estate project management.
  • •Strong understanding of project delivery processes, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • •Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across client and supplier organizations.
  • •Strong analytical and data management capabilities, including project reporting, KPI tracking, executive presentations, and governance reviews.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
