Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide post-sales architectural advisory and troubleshoot complex implementation patterns for enterprise customers to maximize platform capabilities.
  • •Support pre-sales and new product introduction (NPI) launches by developing PoCs, early-adopter demos, and technical enablement assets with GTM teams.

  • •Manage multiple concurrent technical engagements, including rapid hands-on responses to high-priority escalations and GTM activities.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in a customer-facing technical field role within a GTM organization (e.g., pre-sales/sales engineering, professional services, solutions architecture, TAM, customer success, or senior support).
  • •Expert-level knowledge of the Auth0 platform and CIAM patterns, including low-friction authentication, high-volume user management, and extensibility via custom Auth0 Actions.
  • •Full-stack development skills to read, write, and debug JavaScript/TypeScript code using Node.js and React, plus modern mobile SDKs.
  • •Deep understanding of identity federation and access control protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
