Job Summary

Lead the go-to-market and operations for Fintech initiatives, bridging strategy and day-to-day execution across Sales, Implementation, Success, and cross-functional teams. Partner with Fintech Product and Engineering to shape Growth Product and business strategy, contribute to pricing/packaging, own GTM performance, and manage specialist reps and implementation teams. Drive data-driven optimization and vendor relationships to accelerate embedded fintech offerings for field-service customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Fintech GTM and business operations, bridging strategy and day-to-day execution, ensuring smooth, efficient sales, operations, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across departments
•Partner and collaborate closely with the Fintech Product and Engineering teams to develop and refine FieldPulse’s Growth Product and Business Strategy
•Contribute to pricing and packaging strategy and execution for fintech, driving optimal arrangement and monetization
•Own GTM Performance, directly manage Fintech Specialist Reps, owning sales/utilization performance responsible for driving attach and utilization of payments, financing, and future embedded financial technology offerings
•Directly manage Fintech Implementation/Support Reps, owning activation, support and retention performance and track KPIs to align with broader GTM goals

Key Requirements

•4-6 years of experience in Fintech/Payments Sales and operations roles, preferably in vertical SaaS with embedded payments and/or trades industry
•At least 2 years of people management in Sales and/or Operations
•Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to lead, persuade, and influence cross-functional teams
•Excellent analytical skills to structure and analyze operations, performance, data and synthesize into actionable insights
•Experience managing vendor and/or partner relationships, negotiating contracts and driving external partner accountability
