Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global Source to Pay transformation initiatives focused on process harmonisation, simplification, automation, and digital enablement.
  • •Drive the transformation roadmap for Travel & Expense processes, optimising SAP Concur and related integrated solutions.
  • •Lead global corporate card programme transformation initiatives with banking providers, Treasury, Procurement, and Finance stakeholders.
  • •Identify process inefficiencies and control gaps using data analysis, benchmarking, and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Partner with IT and external vendors to design and implement scalable system enhancements, integrations, and automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Procurement, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • •7+ years of experience in Source to Pay, Finance Transformation, Procurement Operations, Shared Services, or Travel & Expense management.
  • •Strong experience leading transformation or process improvement programmes in global organisations.
  • •Deep knowledge of SAP Concur Expense and Invoice solutions, including process design, governance, and optimisation.
  • •Experience managing or transforming global corporate card programmes and STP controls, compliance requirements, and governance processes.
