Service Parts Advisor

Ensure timely, accurate spare-part availability to support service and parts operations. Handle parts sales and customer inquiries by identifying requirements, recommending correct parts, and managing quotations and availability checks. Own inventory monitoring, reorders, lost sales tracking, and accurate parts movement records. Process local and international orders, coordinate with service teams, and use DMS/CRM and documentation standards to manage transactions, storage, and warranty/returns.
