Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, edit, redline, proofread, and apply style schemes to documents such as engagement letters, memoranda, audit letters, and other correspondence.
  • •Handle heavy phones, screen and transmit calls to attorneys, and take messages when necessary.
  • •Maintain attorneys’ calendars, including scheduling travel, conference calls for attorneys and clients, and making appointments.
  • •Manage incoming/outgoing mail (read, sort, date, ensure timely delivery, route via appropriate delivery service, and follow up as needed).
  • •Arrange meetings and conference rooms, open new clients/matters and handle conflicts (including drafting conflict waiver letters), and assist with billing and expense reports as requested.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43.59 - 46.15 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Read, write, and edit/proof documents and correspondence.
  • •3+ on-the-job experience with understanding of the entertainment industry and its norms, key players, and processes.
  • •Interpersonal skills to communicate, follow instructions, and build positive relationships with agents, producers, venues, and other entertainment professionals.
  • •Ability to maintain sensitive information about clients, contracts, projects, and financial matters with utmost confidentiality.
  • •Familiarity with DocuSign, MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required; Workshare Compare and DeskSite preferred.
