Oversee the total operation of an assigned production business area, ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing of high-quality products. Lead daily operations, manage and train supervisors, and monitor attendance, payroll, production, safety/ergonomics, and TQM. Analyze non-routine issues and recommend solutions to the Plant Manager while maintaining compliance with USDA and federal/state regulations across safety, yields, quality, staffing, discipline, and line speeds.

•Supervisory responsibilities: supervise a group of personnel and be able to travel as required.
