Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning, scheduling, and oversight for timely development and delivery of high-quality K-12 district and state partnership responses from pre-RFP through post-submission.
•Run and continuously improve procurement response and grant application processes for K-12 RFI/RFQ/RFP opportunities.
•Monitor K-12 procurements and grant opportunities across databases and procurement platforms, then research prospects to tailor responses.
•Manage vendor questionnaire and Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) workflows and other required submissions for prospective and current districts and schools.
•Prepare proposal kickoffs and status updates, track opportunities in Salesforce, collaborate cross-functionally, and perform QA checks to ensure complete and accurate submissions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,800 - 121,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years managing proposals, grants, procurement responses, or other complex cross-functional projects, ideally in K-12 education or EdTech.
•Write persuasive proposal sections using standard English writing styles and synthesize information from multiple sources.
•High proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), plus Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce.
•Experience using Grammarly or other AI tools to streamline responses and editing.
•Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
