Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee 24/7 data monitoring and SLA compliance across core pipelines, including daily standups and month-end tracking for LRM/HPU datasets.
  • •Drive monthly General Ledger reconciliation, conduct variance deep-dives, approve DDRO sign-off artifacts, and ensure audit compliance.
  • •Manage operational incident triage and partner escalations; track resolutions and partner weekly with engineering leads to prioritize pipeline fixes.
  • •Direct annual control reviews in Fuse, manage automated Data Quality thresholds with Data Stewards, and ensure quarterly maintenance of active DPAs.
  • •Modernize operational governance frameworks and lead continuous improvement by establishing robust measurement frameworks and identifying process enhancements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or Military experience
  • •At least 7 years of Project Management or Product Management experience (or a combination)
