Job Summary

Develop and lead the architecture and embedded electronic systems for aerospace, focusing on processor architectures and custom acceleration engines. Drive RTL development and verification using SystemVerilog, integrate and validate designs, and troubleshoot at the component level with lab debugging tools. Partner with software/firmware and system architects to ensure end-to-end hardware-software integration, maintain standards-compliant documentation, and act as a technical authority during design reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead architecture and development of embedded electronic systems for aerospace, including processor architectures and custom acceleration engines.
•Lead RTL development, integration, and verification for complex digital designs using SystemVerilog.
•Design and implement custom hardware acceleration engines to meet performance, safety, reliability, and operational constraints.
•Collaborate with software/firmware engineers, system architects, and product teams for seamless hardware-software integration.
•Develop and execute test plans, validate designs, and troubleshoot issues using lab debugging tools; maintain standards-compliant documentation and mentor engineers.

Key Requirements

•PhD in Electronics Engineering with 0–2+ years academic/industrial experience or a Master’s degree with 2–5+ years of relevant experience.
•Experience with FPGA development and HDL design using Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog.
•Familiarity with FPGA development tools such as Xilinx Vivado or Intel Quartus.
•Working knowledge of RTL design, digital logic, and debugging techniques.
•Basic understanding of microcontrollers, embedded systems, or computer architecture.
