•Define and execute the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for VKS, identifying market opportunities across cloud-native and emerging AI/ML use cases.
•Translate customer needs into product requirements, specs, and user experience workflows with engineering and UX.
•Partner with product marketing and sales to create go-to-market collateral, drive early adoption, and accelerate VCF deployments.
•Engage with open-source communities (CNCF/Kubernetes) and represent VMware at industry forums, VMUGs, and conferences.
•Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with global enterprise customers and partners to validate direction and build feedback loops.

Pay and Benefits

•Product management experience in enterprise cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, platform engineering, or virtualization.
•Deep Kubernetes and cloud-native technical knowledge (e.g., K8s control plane, Cluster API, scheduling, CNI/CSI, CNCF ecosystem) alongside vSphere/ESXi.
•Knowledge of private/public cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking) and modern DevOps models.
•Ability to converse with principal engineers and enterprise cloud architects.
•Proven track record guiding products from concept through launch with engineering, UX, and GTM teams.
