Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead procurement activities for indirect equipment categories, including machinery, production support equipment, warehouse equipment, tools, technical materials, spare parts, and office/operational assets and services.
  • •Manage the end-to-end purchasing process from requirement collection to supplier selection, negotiation, ordering, and delivery follow-up.
  • •Evaluate technical and commercial proposals with internal stakeholders and conduct supplier negotiations to secure total cost of ownership, delivery conditions, warranty terms, and payment agreements.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers, identify alternative sources, and drive supplier diversification initiatives.
  • •Support CAPEX purchasing and indirect service procurement as needed, prepare procurement reports and analyses, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • •5-8 years of experience in indirect procurement, focused on equipment/technical materials or CAPEX/OPEX purchasing.
  • •Experience managing suppliers and conducting commercial negotiations.
  • •Ability to review technical specifications and collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.
  • •Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong English communication skills.
