Job Summary

Own the technical definition and product ramp-up of analog/mixed-signal IC solutions for customers across automotive, industrial, consumer, and computing markets. You’ll analyze end-equipment trends, negotiate IC development tradeoffs, evaluate silicon systems (HW and SW as needed), and troubleshoot customer issues through lab testing and schematic analysis. Create technical documentation, support application enablement, and help drive design wins and revenue plans by translating system needs into successful new products and go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Research and create new product definitions, including business case proposals, product strategies, and taking products to RTM.
•Analyze key end-equipment to identify future trends and opportunities to improve performance and add value to systems.
•Assess and negotiate IC development tradeoffs with design teams and customers.
•Provide technical expertise for customer product ramp-up and perform silicon system evaluation (HW, and SW if needed) with documentation.
•Troubleshoot customer application issues via lab testing, schematic analysis, and other methods; interface across functional groups to resolve problems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
•6-10 years of relevant experience.
•Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal ICs and their application.
•Experience promoting/marketing ICs and driving design wins by providing system solutions.
•Familiarity with lab equipment and system level circuit modeling with EDA tools, SPICE, and Matlab.
