Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble complex valve components and assemblies according to drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions.
  • •Perform functional, pressure, and performance testing on PRVs, Safety Valves, and Control Valves.
  • •Operate and maintain testing equipment while meeting engineering and quality standards, including calibration of tools and equipment.
  • •Read and interpret assembly blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications; complete lapping and seat restoration using manual and automated lapping equipment.
  • •Safely troubleshoot mechanical issues, conduct leak testing, document inspection results, and maintain compliance with EHS procedures in a clean workshop environment.

  • •Associate Degree preferred; equivalent technical education and experience will be considered.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in valve assembly, repair, testing, or related mechanical service environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with Pressure Relief Valves (PRVs), Safety Relief Valves, and Control Valves.
  • •Experience using precision measuring instruments and calibration tools, including reading and interpreting technical drawings and assembly documentation.
  • •Hands-on experience operating pressure testing and valve diagnostic equipment, plus stainless steel tubing bending experience.
