Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the UX definition for a product area: what users need, how they interact, and why—partnering with Product to shape interface elements and behavior.
  • •Act as arbiter of quality vs. speed for your scope, flexing craft to release priorities and articulating trade-offs to move teams forward.
  • •Meet with users to map workflows and document human and organizational context so others can build effectively.
  • •Own pattern decisions for your area and contribute to Onebrief’s broader design language and design system.
  • •Evaluate and apply emerging AI UX patterns deliberately, producing work across fidelities and documenting design intent for humans and tools.

Salary: USD 160,000 - 230,000 annually

  • •Independently own UX definition for a product area end-to-end, from understanding user needs through shipped interface decisions.
  • •Demonstrate strong UX/UI craft and the ability to articulate trade-offs (quality vs. speed, scope vs. fidelity) that move teams forward.
  • •Gain deep workflow expertise via direct user research and workflow mapping, and document it so others can use it.
  • •Have led strategic and tactical implementation of at least one major AI-based workflow in a SaaS application.
