Job Summary

Operate, maintain, and improve packaging line equipment to deliver safe, high-quality products on time. Follow SOPs to start up, monitor, and shut down equipment; adhere to Environment, Health and Safety standards; and perform autonomous maintenance including CILT and LOTOTO. Capture accurate reporting data, execute quality at source tasks, handle changeovers and adjustments, support asset care during maintenance, and raise SAP PM notifications/work orders.

Key Responsibilities

•Startup, operate, shut down, and monitor packaging line equipment performance according to SOP.
•Adhere to Environment, Health and Safety procedures and standards.
•Capture accurate data and update provided reporting platforms.
•Maintain equipment hygiene and surrounding areas; deliver product that meets all quality requirements and perform Quality at Source tasks.
•Perform autonomous maintenance (including CILT and LOTOTO), execute changeovers/adjustments, and support Asset Care during maintenance/breakdowns, raising PM notifications and SAP work orders as needed.

Key Requirements

•FTC or Diploma in mechanical/electrical.
•At least 1 year of experience handling machines and performing autonomous maintenance in a manufacturing industry.
