Job Summary

Drive end-to-end, time-bound deployments of agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers, partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate complex business challenges into measurable value. Lead AI strategy and architecture across Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems with responsible AI governance. Manage delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risks, adoption metrics, and provide actionable product feedback to influence the Agentic AI platform roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle (Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume) and own outcomes.
•Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; facilitate design workshops and agent design sessions; architect solutions across agentic AI, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems.
•Manage engagement delivery timelines end-to-end, including stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
•Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers early and develop strategies to drive measurable value realization.
•Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution; serve as the primary customer-facing contact and translate insights into product feedback.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership/programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
•Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
•Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
