General Procurement Manager IT

Own IT procurement for the Rail programme, serving as first point of contact for all procurement matters and coordinating day-to-day activities with the Supply Market Team. Build compliant procurement plans, manage supplier selection and contracts, and maintain contract registers and purchase-to-pay efficiency. Lead end-to-end tender processes using e-tendering, including evaluations, recommendations, approvals, and contract execution, while reporting progress to leadership.
