Job Summary

Support the day-to-day operation of the Miele Experience Centre in Cambridge by partnering with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and deliver a premium, best-in-class brand experience. Coach and develop the sales team, monitor store standards and customer service levels, and manage customer enquiries and issues. When the Store Manager is absent, lead the Experience Centre to ensure business priorities and performance targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the Store Manager to support delivery of sales, customer experience, and operational objectives across the Experience Centre.
•Coach and guide the sales team to develop performance and maintain a positive, engaging working environment.
•Deliver a premium brand experience with customers and colleagues to build long-term relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
•Monitor store standards, displays, and customer service levels to ensure the Experience Centre reflects Miele brand quality and values.
•Assist with daily operations including rota planning, administration, stock management, and compliance; manage enquiries and resolve issues promptly and lead the Centre in the Store Manager’s absence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 32,500 annually
