Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities.
  • •Monitor electrical, mechanical, ELV, and HVAC electromechanical building systems.
  • •Conduct technical inspections, identify maintenance requirements, and troubleshoot faults.
  • •Coordinate supervisors, technicians, and specialist contractors to deliver maintenance activities.
  • •Ensure QHSE compliance, monitor performance/reliability, and prepare technical reports and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 3 years’ Facility Management experience.
  • •Experience on similar-sized projects within the GCC.
  • •Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and ELV systems, including standards applicable in Qatar.
  • •Good understanding of Quality Management and QHSE requirements, fluent in Arabic and English.
