Job Summary

Lead large-scale strategic logistics projects to improve operational efficiency across a complex, global, just-in-time supply chain. Manage cross-functional workstreams, coordinate project execution, budgets, risk, and deliverables spanning logistics infrastructure, distribution, customs, warehousing/inventory, and packaging engineering. Drive daily change management and operational excellence through the CORE Continuous Improvement program (Lean/Six Sigma) while partnering with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the definition, development, and deployment of strategic plans for the logistics sector with stakeholders.
•Drive day-to-day change management for logistics, technological, and operational transformations.
•Collect requirements and technical data; analyze impact and profitability; draft project charters and secure funding.
•Coordinate project execution, including defining deliverables (schedule, risk, communication) and coordinating tasks for internal and external contributors.
•Manage annual project budgets and report project expenditures, progress metrics, and continuous improvement outcomes through CORE (Lean/Six Sigma).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in operations management/engineering or a relevant discipline for the role.

•Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and SAP/ERP.
