Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide global technical support for Surface Drilling equipment and systems, primarily through remote channels.
  • •Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues with Customer Centers and service organizations worldwide.
  • •Create and maintain technical documentation including instructions, training materials, system descriptions, and technical guidance.
  • •Act as a key link between Customer Centers, R&D, Production, Purchasing, Suppliers, and other internal stakeholders.
  • •Contribute to product improvements, root-cause investigations, quality initiatives, and support training activities and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience.
