Key Responsibilities

•Actively manage daily work processes of designated territory to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
•Analyze needs, develop and recommend alternatives for improvements to processes, customer service or products.
•Lead short term (3 to 9 months), defined scope projects.
•Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
•Assist customers with loss prevention meetings, claims issues, and product training.

Key Requirements

•Top candidates will have experience in marketing within insurance or financial services and be able to drive growth through risk-aware product marketing, pricing, negotiation, sales, retention, and quality service.
•Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend process or product improvements.
•Experience leading short-term, defined-scope projects (3 to 9 months).
•Strong skills in developing and maintaining profitable customer relationships and providing training on products and services.
•Excellent communication and technical advisory abilities to enable customers to solve problems.
