Job Summary

Own a global specialist revenue motion across Agentic applications, Voyage AI, Vector Search, and Analytics. Lead and scale specialist sales and technical architecture teams to run fast demos and pilot/PoC programs that shorten time-to-value. Build playbooks and feedback loops connecting field signal to Product/Engineering to shape roadmap and positioning, while co-selling with core field teams and championing consumption-based value selling.

Key Responsibilities

•Own global consumption and/or bookings targets across Agentic, Voyage AI, Vector Search, and Analytics, including forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and planning.
•Recruit, manage, and develop a global specialist team spanning Specialist Sales leaders and Specialist Systems/Solutions Architects across regions.
•Build early product-market fit motion playbooks, qualification criteria, and champion strategies; drive rapid iteration with the field.
•Run structured feedback loops between the field and Product/Engineering by translating customer/prospect signal into prioritized roadmap input.
•Ensure demo and pilot/PoC excellence and co-sell with core field sales to unblock technical objections and drive consumption-based value selling.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of enterprise software sales or GTM leadership experience, building and scaling global specialist/overlay organizations.
•Proven experience leading both sales and technical (systems/solutions architecture) teams in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
•Experience operating in early product-market fit environments and building playbooks/processes from zero.
•Demonstrated ownership of global revenue or consumption numbers and comfort with multi-region scale.
•Working knowledge of agentic AI architectures, vector search/embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, and modern analytics platforms.
