Drive commercial banking growth for middle-market clients by building a strategic client acquisition pipeline and expanding relationships that generate loan fundings, deposits, and commercial card spend. Own a portfolio with sales production goals, ensure strong client coverage and best-in-class experiences, partner across the firm to structure and oversee deals from inception to close, and manage risk/return while using reports and systems to self-manage pipeline and performance.

•Partner across the firm to identify client opportunities and oversee/manage deals from inception to close.
•Stay current on banking products, financial markets, regulations, and business trends relevant to your market expertise.
•Manage risk/return and quality for new and existing clients while actively identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.

Key Requirements

•Formal credit training (Commercial Credit Certification or equivalent) or commensurate underwriting experience is critical for success.
•Strong self-starter with persistence to exceed calling metrics and production goals.
