Key Responsibilities

•Direct project management including tracking scope, schedule and budget for geotechnical projects
•Lead business development for new and existing clients in geotechnical engineering
•Prepare engineering services proposals, cost estimates, and project schedules
•Prepare Project Work Plans and Health and Safety Plans and provide technical support on geotechnical projects
•Mentor and develop junior staff and oversee quality of reports and documentation

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•PE registration
•Valid Driver's License
•Experience supervising and training staff in geotechnical investigations, analyses, reporting, and construction observation
•Business development experience with clients (existing and new)
