Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct project management including tracking scope, schedule and budget for geotechnical projects
  • •Lead business development for new and existing clients in geotechnical engineering
  • •Prepare engineering services proposals, cost estimates, and project schedules
  • •Prepare Project Work Plans and Health and Safety Plans and provide technical support on geotechnical projects
  • •Mentor and develop junior staff and oversee quality of reports and documentation
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •PE registration
  • •Valid Driver's License
  • •Experience supervising and training staff in geotechnical investigations, analyses, reporting, and construction observation
  • •Business development experience with clients (existing and new)
