Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee time, labor, and payroll systems, reports, interfaces, and operational support, including deploying and maintaining business-critical applications.
  • •Own the software delivery lifecycle (planning, design, implementation, support) and lead end-to-end delivery of enhancements and projects.
  • •Partner with global stakeholders to define requirements, analyze complex problems, and deliver practical scalable solutions.
  • •Evaluate, govern, and deliver AI and automation initiatives aligned to value, privacy/security, and operational readiness.
  • •Lead direct reports and vendor resources, manage governance/change control, and oversee incident/service-request handling and SLA performance.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree plus at least 10 years of relevant systems support experience (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Experience implementing, supporting, and maintaining time, labor, and payroll solutions, reports, and interfaces in a large/global organization.
  • •Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
  • •Experience supporting Oracle Time and Labor.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills to audiences with technical and non-technical needs.
