Job Summary

Lead enterprise time, labor, and payroll application delivery within AECOM’s Global Enterprise Applications team. Own the full lifecycle—from planning and design through implementation, support, and continuous improvement—while serving as technology lead for business users and overseeing outsourced resources. Drive roadmap and AI/automation evaluation and governance, manage operational support and SLAs, and provide dashboards and metrics for Tier-1 to Tier-3 systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee time, labor, and payroll systems, reports, interfaces, and operational support, including deploying and maintaining business-critical applications.
•Own the software delivery lifecycle (planning, design, implementation, support) and lead end-to-end delivery of enhancements and projects.
•Partner with global stakeholders to define requirements, analyze complex problems, and deliver practical scalable solutions.
•Evaluate, govern, and deliver AI and automation initiatives aligned to value, privacy/security, and operational readiness.
•Lead direct reports and vendor resources, manage governance/change control, and oversee incident/service-request handling and SLA performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 205,000 annually

•BA/BS degree plus at least 10 years of relevant systems support experience (or equivalent education/experience).

•Experience supporting Oracle Time and Labor.
•Strong communication and presentation skills to audiences with technical and non-technical needs.
