  • •Manage the design, development, and application of Teck’s Management Operating System (MOS) and the MOS design workstream.
  • •Oversee documentation development, review processes, and information management/document control for MOS documents.
  • •Align MOS design priorities with enterprise deployment strategy, sequencing dependencies, and site readiness.
  • •Act as design authority during MOS implementations, managing deviations and evaluating exceptions for appropriate approval.
  • •Develop and govern MOS assurance processes (audits, maturity assessments, management of change) while maintaining the MOS roadmap/backlog.

Salary: CAD 138,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant discipline.
  • •15+ years of industrial experience with leadership experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years hands-on experience developing and/or implementing an operating system (or equivalent management systems).
  • •Strong system design thinking and an ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
  • •Strong project management and documentation control skills, with effective written and oral communication.
