Manager, MOS Design

Lead the design, development, and application of Teck’s Management Operating System (MOS) by managing a small team and driving the MOS design workstream. Partner with operating sites, corporate teams, and consultants to align MOS standards with enterprise deployment strategy, ensure practical usability and scalability, and oversee document control. Serve as design authority during MOS implementations, govern assurance (audits and maturity assessments), maintain the MOS roadmap/backlog, and support training and change management adoption.
