Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee procurement and logistics activities for the O&M division to ensure uninterrupted availability of required materials, equipment, and services.
  • •Execute the end-to-end procurement cycle for O&M needs, including spare parts, consumables, tools, and specialized maintenance services.
  • •Process purchase orders accurately and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • •Coordinate with maintenance planning to forecast material needs based on preventive maintenance schedules and work orders.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency procurement requests, maintaining supplier/subcontractor coverage and expediting critical orders to resolve disruptions quickly.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of procurement or supply chain experience in O&M, facilities management, or industrial maintenance environments.
  • •Experience executing end-to-end procurement for spare parts, consumables, tools, and specialized maintenance services.
  • •Ability to manage emergency procurement requests and lead expediting efforts to minimize equipment downtime.
  • •Strong commercial and operational coordination skills to interface between technicians and suppliers, including negotiation and supplier management.
