Key Responsibilities

  • •Use AI-assisted development tools across the full Agile SDLC, from requirements clarification and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • •Build the CI/CD platform full-stack application, including pipeline state, release workflows, deployment visibility, and operational control surfaces.
  • •Develop AI-native capabilities such as MCP servers and AI agents that detect deployment failures, recommend/automate rollbacks, and guide operators through troubleshooting.
  • •Architect, design, and build scalable, extendable systems; develop backend services in Java (Spring Boot) and frontend experiences using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • •Own features end to end by creating unit and end-to-end tests and deploying/operating platform services in production using GitOps, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience writing production code and tests for large-scale systems.
  • •4+ years of full-stack experience with Java/Spring Boot and React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • •Use AI-assisted development tools effectively across the Agile SDLC, from requirements/design through implementation, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • •Implement efficient relational database design, query performance, and schema migrations (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent).
  • •Experience with CI/CD and deployment tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD/GitOps, and Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP).
