Job Summary

Drive digital transformation projects for leading companies by shaping strategic business transformations and defining new end-to-end digital processes, particularly in SAP S/4HANA contexts. Work with clients to combine agile, modern methods with traditional strategy development, addressing disruptive topics and bringing innovative approaches into organizations’ structures and culture. Collaborate closely within the Digital team to develop new business models and support software and product transformation.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up and support large business transformation initiatives in the digital context, especially with SAP S/4HANA.
•Define new end-to-end digital processes for clients.
•Methodically and culturally guide organizations through change.
•Work on disruptive topics and integrate visionary, agile digital methods with traditional strategy development.
•Develop new business models and enable their implementation in new digital units, including software transformation and new digital product build-outs.

Key Requirements

•Excellent degree from a university or an international business school.
•Several years of strategic consulting experience in the digital domain.
•Strong analytical and conceptual skills, including strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and self-initiative.
•Excellent German and English skills, plus experience abroad.
•Interest in AI-based solutions and the ability to apply new technologies and data know-how to complex questions.
