Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a leader and active contributor throughout the M&A transaction process, from client preparation and buyer engagement through due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • •Manage and assist in preparing financial models and business valuations.
  • •Prepare pitch books, client marketing presentations, memoranda, and other transaction deliverables.
  • •Develop and cultivate relationships with clients, prospective clients, buyers, investors, and advisors.
  • •Mentor and develop junior bankers and help coordinate industry research publications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 270,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or military experience.
  • •At least 6 years of investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory experience focused on Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • •Ability to analyze and explain detailed corporate and financial information.
  • •Conduct industry and company-specific business due diligence.
  • •FINRA Licenses: 63, 79, SIE.
