Job Summary

Own the post-contract lifecycle for Retail Media campaigns in the UK, ensuring end-to-end execution from contract sign-off through delivery, reporting, and client sign-off. Coordinate with Distribution Centres, procurement, logistics, and global Retail Media teams to book and track physical and digital campaign assets. Act as first point of contact for inbound campaign enquiries, maintain CRM accuracy in HubSpot, and support reporting and operational improvements to drive client satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end execution of live UK Retail Media campaigns from contract sign-off through delivery, post-campaign reporting, and client sign-off while meeting SLAs.
•Coordinate cross-functionally with Distribution Centres, procurement, logistics, and global RM operations to brief, book, and track campaign assets.
•Manage and respond to inbound campaign briefs from existing clients and agency partners, translating briefs into booked and delivered campaigns.
•Maintain and develop client relationships to ensure satisfaction across the campaign lifecycle and support repeat business.
•Compile post-campaign reports, track KPI performance and trends, keep HubSpot CRM data accurate, and flag operational bottlenecks to improve workflows.

Key Requirements

•2+ years’ experience preferred in campaign operations, ad operations, account management, or a similar role, ideally in Retail Media, digital advertising, or e-commerce.
•Strong organisational and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns or workstreams without dropping the ball.
•Client-facing experience handling day-to-day communication with brand or agency contacts professionally and responsively.
•Comfort working with data and producing client-ready summaries and reporting against KPIs.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
