•Configure and develop Workflows, data integration and other system integrations for Compliance Process.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
•Analyze business requirements for GRC solutions and develop the GRC Applications.
•Stay current with SNOW or similar platform best practices and updates.

Key Requirements

•3-4 years hands-on experience in IRM SNOW capabilities
•Hands-on configuration experience with GRC/IRM technology platforms and project work
•Development, implementation, integration and customization of solutions for ServiceNow IRM
•Strong knowledge of API integrations to enable data exchange from ServiceNow to external systems
•Understanding of Compliance Management, Regulatory Change Management, Compliance Testing, Monitoring and related controls
