Physical Security Investigations Manager

Lead and support physical security investigations across personnel, assets, vendors, and incidents, handling evidence gathering, interviews, documentation, and reporting. Assess risks, recommend actions, and coordinate sensitive incident response. Plan and execute global red-team testing, security exercises, and control assessments, partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate and strengthen security controls. Maintain investigation plans and after-action learning to improve ByteDance’s global physical security program.
