Job Summary

Lead global mobility operations for international assignees, partnering with business leaders, HR partners, and vendor providers to deliver a premium employee mobility experience. Own a business area including quarterly business reviews, manage escalations and exceptions within a tiered support model, and support complex cases involving immigration, tax, and relocation. Drive process optimization, self-service adoption, SLA performance, audits, and data integrity across global programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with business leaders and program/contract leads to align global mobility services with operational needs.
•Manage day-to-day interactions with mobility stakeholders and/or vendors, and own process flow for escalated deployment queries and program leadership questions.
•Handle complex immigration, tax, and relocation queries in collaboration with global mobility program owners and SMEs, ensuring exceptions are resolved appropriately.
•Maintain SLA commitments for inquiries and escalations, and drive efficiencies through process improvement and adoption of tools/resources.
•Deliver technical/compliance processes for data integrity and timely completion (e.g., audits, dashboards, payroll reviews) and perform reviews of relocation data, processes, and policies.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of relevant global mobility or Human Resources experience (or 5 years with an advanced degree) in global mobility/HR.
•5+ years of progressive experience in global mobility and experience with global mobility lifecycle processes and methodologies.
•Experience handling queries requiring root cause analysis and delivering end-to-end solutions, improving processes and identifying systematic blind spots.
•Experience managing global mobility vendors with performance management, accountability, escalations/exceptions, training, and relationship management.
•Experience using data to analyze trends and present insights, plus demonstrated project management across multiple stakeholders.
