Job Summary

Own spare sourcing strategy for Advanced Packaging/Backend Spares within Intel’s Strategic Parts Supply Chain organization. Develop commodity strategies, define technical and custom product requirements with engineering and suppliers, and negotiate contract terms aligned to procurement policies and risk mitigation. Drive supplier capability development and diversification to improve cost, quality, availability, and business continuity across Kulim and Penang in a hybrid work model.

•Develop and execute tailored spare sourcing strategies aligned to technology and business requirements.
•Collaborate with engineering teams and suppliers to define standard and custom product requirements.
•Negotiate technical and business contract terms and manage supplier relationships per procurement policies and risk mitigation.
•Drive supplier capability development and supplier roadmap alignment for future technology, quality, capacity, and cost needs.
•Drive supplier diversification strategies and manage supplier disputes with internal finance and legal partners.
