Job Summary

Design, implement, and operate secure, highly available network solutions for Adobe’s private and public cloud infrastructure. Build and run F5 BIG-IP-based application delivery, lead troubleshooting for complex production issues, and drive disciplined incident, root-cause, and change management. Partner with platform and SRE teams to maintain operational standards, documentation, and best practices, while supporting an on-call rotation and evolving scalable load-balancing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and operate F5 BIG-IP solutions (LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM, APM) in large-scale production environments.
•Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues including latency, TLS/SSL behavior, traffic distribution, and routing anomalies.
•Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and change management processes with strong operational discipline.
•Partner with application, platform, and SRE teams to ensure reliable and performant service delivery.
•Maintain and evolve operational standards, documentation, and best practices; ensure compliance with change control, security standards, and procedures; participate in on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

•5–7+ years of experience in enterprise-scale network engineering or SRE roles.
•Strong hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP (LTM and DNS/GTM) in production environments.
•Proven expertise troubleshooting application delivery issues across L4–L7 (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS).
•Demonstrated experience with incident and change management in large-scale environments.
•Strong Linux fundamentals and system-level troubleshooting skills, plus Python scripting for automation.
