Production Supervisor

Lead and develop a high-performing team to supervise safe, efficient, and sustainable production of refined borates. You’ll ensure compliance with Rio Tinto and statutory safety requirements, drive continuous improvement through problem-solving and performance target setting, and direct production employees to meet quality and quantity goals. Reporting to the Superintendent, you’ll also oversee night shift and weekend activities and coordinate with planners and other supervisors to support operational readiness.
