Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with export control licences and other export requirements, laws, regulations, end-use obligations, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • •Provide know-how and guidance on export control compliance to stakeholders.
  • •Monitor, assess, decide, control, and document export control processes, including export classification, licensing, and licence exceptions.
  • •Liaise between business functions and Airbus commercial export control team or regional export control and compliance teams as needed.
  • •Continuously improve internal processes and optimize export control practices and automation tools in line with regulatory requirements and Airbus directives and methods.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in law or international trade (or equivalent).
  • •2+ years of experience advising on export control and/or sanctions matters.
  • •High integrity, discretion, and trust.
  • •Leadership and project management skills.
  • •Strong analytical/organizational skills and ability to write reports and memorandums, plus relationship-building communication skills.
