Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of security and network engineers in a 24x7 support environment.
  • •Oversee administration and support of Fortinet, Check Point, Akamai WAF, Zscaler, and load balancing solutions.
  • •Investigate security incidents, monitor alerts/malware/asset notifications, and ensure SLA adherence.
  • •Drive governance, risk, and compliance by closing risk assessment actions and supporting audit/assessment observations and penetration tests.
  • •Manage change requests and maintain operational reporting, dashboards, SOPs, and knowledge base/process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 10+ years of IT Infrastructure/Security experience.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience leading technical teams in a 24x7 environment.
  • •Strong understanding of enterprise network security architecture and operations.
  • •Experience in Managed Services or Global Delivery environments.
