Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate product or business questions into testable hypotheses, success metrics, and repeatable metric definitions and analysis templates.
  • •Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests (and quasi-experiments), partnering to ensure correct tracking, guardrails, and experiment quality.
  • •Build baseline predictive and segmentation models for actionable decisions, with clear evaluation and limitations.
  • •Prototype small, safe LLM-based analytics and decision workflows, defining evaluation/validation approaches and coordinating permissioning to avoid sensitive data leakage.
  • •Create reusable, well-documented analytics assets (datasets, feature tables, notebooks, dashboards, and services/jobs) and ensure data quality through validation, monitoring, and sanity checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of relevant experience (internships, capstone projects, or part-time roles count).
  • •Strong SQL fundamentals, including joins, aggregations, and window functions.
  • •Proficiency in at least one data programming language (preferably Python), including data manipulation, statistics basics, and basic regression/classification modeling.
  • •Strong analytical thinking: define problems, validate data, and clearly explain results.
  • •Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
