Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a technical leader across multiple complex AI, analytics, and automation projects for HP Global Finance.
  • •Design end-to-end technical architecture and solutions using Federated Data Lake, Databricks, SQL, Python, OpenAI/LLMs, Power BI, Automation Anywhere, and GitHub.
  • •Define reusable, scalable engineering components for data models, automation workflows, monitoring, and automated LLM performance evaluation.
  • •Lead the technical development of robust, scalable, trusted GenAI and LLM-powered products with grounding, guardrails, evaluation, monitoring, and human oversight.
  • •Collaborate with Controls, Cybersecurity, Data Platform, and Architecture teams and mentor engineers through accelerators, playbooks, code reviews, and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of experience in traditional ML, LLM-powered GenAI products, data engineering, analytics, and automation.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading technical architecture and delivery across multiple complex enterprise projects.
  • •Advanced SQL capability for data transformation, data quality, modeling, and performance optimization.
  • •Hands-on expertise with Databricks (or equivalent cloud analytics platforms) using SQL, Python, notebooks, workflows, pipelines, and production deployment.
  • •Experience building LLM-powered products with OpenAI or other enterprise LLMs, including prompt design, retrieval/grounding, evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
