Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Trust Strategists with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings and managing CRM entries.
  • •Assist with pre-acceptance and onboarding of new trust company clients with financial advisors and their staff.
  • •Create marketing and presentation materials related to trust company services and trust planning.
  • •Coordinate administrative and operational support for the Trust Legal team and Baird Trust Chief Operating Officer, including phone support and visitor assistance.
  • •Draft and edit correspondence or memoranda, maintain trust records and databases, and prepare recurring and ad hoc internal reports for leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 56,100 - 72,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred.
  • •Experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •2–3 years of administrative assistant experience in a securities-related industry preferred.
  • •Experience supporting trust or legal/administrative processes, including client onboarding and pre-acceptance support.
  • •Experience in project management for long- and short-term projects.
