Department Manager - Nursery

Lead the Nursery/Plant Material department as the branch expert, working closely with customers to deliver excellence. Partner with the Branch Manager on sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and integrating supply/demand plans. Drive day-to-day safety, strong inventory management, and a positive employee environment aligned with SiteOne DNA. Train and develop agronomic staff, support departmental sales goals, and collaborate on new technologies to improve business performance.
