Process customer orders and quotes for industrial supplies, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Pull and prepare orders, verify pricing and inventory, and maintain customer records through consistent data entry. Coordinate with warehouse and operations to keep order flow smooth, respond to inquiries about orders, products, and availability, and proactively track order status with clear customer updates. Work Monday–Friday with overtime pay after 40 hours.
