Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess patient safety concerns and intervene to provide a safe environment, evaluating effectiveness of interventions.
  • •Provide expert direct and indirect nursing care tailored to patients’ cultural, spiritual, age, psychosocial, communication, and other needs.
  • •Evaluate and improve the process of patient care delivery within the unit.
  • •Serve as a clinical and operational resource, assisting co-workers, new staff, temporary staff, and students.
  • •Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff; coordinate competencies, rounding, discharge planning, and patient flow.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of nursing experience (required).
  • •Minimum 5 years as a Charge Nurse.
  • •At least a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • •Knowledge of and ability to interpret/apply clinical standards to meet regulatory requirements (QCHP and Joint Commission International).
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required; 1 year in GCC is preferred.
