Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage ethics and compliance policies, procedures, and their review/approval/updating system.
  • •Lead implementation of ethics and compliance projects aligned with the Group ethics and compliance program.
  • •Identify, evaluate, and analyze key ethics and compliance risks and emerging issues; incorporate audit results into mitigation measures.
  • •Lead training capability-building and maintain training requirement plans and reporting for employees.
  • •Supervise business partners and service providers, and prepare functional compliance reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or graduate-level degree in law or a relevant discipline.
  • •Relevant compliance certification such as CCEP or similar.
  • •Minimum 13 years of experience in progressive senior-level ethics and compliance or regulatory-enforcement management.
  • •Strong knowledge of local and international ethics and compliance laws, regulations, and requirements.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
