Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage DC operations within approved OPEX and Capex budgets and drive cost-to-serve improvements.
  • •Lead DC expansion and capacity ramp-up execution per Capex plan and optimize route planning for last-mile deliveries.
  • •Drive productivity improvements across picking, loading, dispatch, and transfer execution, and ensure compliance with transport network plans.
  • •Develop SLAs, SOPs, and training materials; maintain robust documentation for processes and system usage.
  • •Engage daily with 3PL, regional and central teams to ensure effective information flow and stakeholder management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced DC environment (ideally in a 3PL or Ecommerce/Quick Commerce space)
  • •Two to Three years’ experience utilizing a major WMS platform like Manhattan/Infor/Microsoft Dynamics/etc
  • •Extremely organized and process-driven, Lean Six Sigma or 5S understanding preferred
  • •Analytical skill set demonstrated by an advanced proficiency in GSheet, MS Excel, Data Studio, Tableau
  • •Strong problem solving abilities with a process oriented mindset
