Job Summary

Join the Grow Squad to help ensure Wise serves customers safely, sustainably, and profitably across Current Accounts, Savings, Investments, and Digital Assets. Partner with the Scalable Platform product team to identify Financial, Regulatory, and Operational risks, build controls and assurance monitoring, and provide data-driven confidence through strategy and governance. Use SQL, dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, and Python to automate forecasting and apply statistical rigor to influence roadmap, pricing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Scalable Platform product team to identify risks to the Grow squad across Financial, Regulatory, and Operational domains.
•Build controls and assurance monitoring to ensure risks are sustainably managed.
•Act as the primary data partner to provide confidence that the Grow squad operates within safe limits.
•Use unit economics knowledge (LTV, CAC, Margin) to help balance growth targets with necessary risk controls.
•Provide data-driven insights that influence product roadmap, pricing models, and operational processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 8,500 - 10,900 monthly

Key Requirements

•Expert-level SQL skills and the ability to build and maintain robust data pipelines.
•Strong experience with dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake for analytics and data orchestration.
•Proficiency with Python for automation and forecasting.
•Apply statistical rigor (e.g., Bayesian statistics and causal inference) to solve complex product problems.
•Demonstrated ability to influence decisions with clear, contextual data communication.
