Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Scalable Platform product team to identify risks to the Grow squad across Financial, Regulatory, and Operational domains.
  • •Build controls and assurance monitoring to ensure risks are sustainably managed.
  • •Act as the primary data partner to provide confidence that the Grow squad operates within safe limits.
  • •Use unit economics knowledge (LTV, CAC, Margin) to help balance growth targets with necessary risk controls.
  • •Provide data-driven insights that influence product roadmap, pricing models, and operational processes.

  • •Expert-level SQL skills and the ability to build and maintain robust data pipelines.
